12.5mcg for 5-7 days
25mcg for 5 days
50mcg for 5 days
75mcg for 10 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days
12.5 mcg for 5 days
6.25mcg for 5-7 days
My reasoning. Read up and 12.5 won't shutdown natural t3. So it is like a kick off week in essence. Then using a pyramid for the dosing. I have seen people saying tapering off is not needed, but more people say you do and to kick start your t3 back up eat a ton of carbs for 3 days to a week. So tell me what you all think of this t3 schedule.
Clen:
Taking the clen starting at the 50mcg dose of t3 and using it through the 75mcg dose. Then off for the 37.5mcg dose and the 25mcg dose. I will then use it for the last two weeks of the t3.
Dosing:
Day 1-5: 20mcg
Day 6-10: 30mcg
Day 11-15: 50mcg
Skip
Day 1-5: 20mcg
Day 5-8: 30mcg
Day 9-13: 60mg
Keep in mind this is based on what I will have available. I see all you guys saying "dont over take stuff because of diminishing returns" and that is what I am avoiding. Also if it seems conservative.. it is I won't hav a lot. I have seen people say benadryl works like ketotifen so I will be taking that while taking the clen. Even if it does not work at least I will be sleeping good and it is worth a shot.
After I am done I will be carb loading and taking metabolism "boosting" supps
Of course my eating through all this will be flawless. Thinking 2grams protein for each lb. I will cycle my calories from carbs and fats around depending on how many calories I will be trying to consume that day. Prob try and keep the cals at 1500 and go up down and around from that number also based on the exercise I will be doing that day. I will be running test and maybe winny or anavar. If anyone wants to say don't use t3 or clen than i suggest you just tell me how to proceed rather than dismissing it. I might be a 'newb' but come on.

3 days a week Lifting
2 days a week cardio
after t3 and clen-
4 days a week cardio
4 days a week lifting
