Quad pinning issue

Hey guys, it's not that much of an issue but my quads always are rock hard, whatever I do. Even upon waking or after a shower... do you know of anything to have them relax a bit? Coz it's kinda annoying for the pinning

I do mine sitting on the toilet , keeping them a little bent. I still have a hard time , sometimes my quad shots hurt, this is why I stay away from short esters these days. Sucks, they work so well.

i always do mine in a seated position. if you think about it standing is kind of flexing them which would lead to a very painful injection

I also do them sitting on the toilet, that's where I prep everything on my vanity, but try to relax them as much as possible.

i keep mine there with all my supps and injectables in a seal bag...iv seen too many infections on other people. id rather be too careful

i sit on my couch and put my legs up then i put a add a lil tention to the muscle and slide it in slowly.. never had a problem except once wen i was in i tried to push the plunger down and the oil would barely go in..it was facked up then i felt a bubble in there lol...I dont see anything wrong with sticking it in a flexed muscle..

if you are not sure how to stick yourself you should learn the dart method. you can practice it on an orange. a little bit of air in an IM(intramuscular) injection is not much of a concern, most confuse that with an IV(intravenous) which air in there can cause death. putting tension on a muscle while injection has a tendency to create a "charlie horse" and will keep there area sore for longer than it should be.

I do it in the bathroom because the lighting is better, you guys forget that I'm an old fuck and can't see shit anymore. lol Also the bathroom is cleaner, wife always keeps the room clean. More like a doctors exam room, everything you need in case you start to bleed out. lmao

my ex used to clean the bathroom with bleach so i can understand. the old thing dont cut it cuz by now you should be able to hit your mark with your eyes closed lol

Hey guys so I've pinned a few times my quads but did this spot yesterday and found that i didn't feel a thing... no soreness in the morning either can anyone tell me if this seems to be a good spot?

where you have marked I don't do it there, I seem to have more nerve endings there. I go more to the top of my leg and to the hip more.
