Quad pinning issue

i go on top outside of femur. there is plenty of meat there

For some reason I have a very hard time pinning my quad... Be nice to change it up...

id rather hit quads than anything...i seem to get the best absorption and no pain..............plus you are not at an awkward position tryn to stick yourself

True, I mean I chose that spot because it was the least hard spot on my quads I could find...

massage the muscle b4 you stick it. if its still seems too hard you may wanna try a different gauge

i tried pinning quad and couldnt do it...prolly cuz needle is thicker than my leg...lol

i do 23g.. i dunno my legs always are solid hard, I mean I have PT every morning as well as diverse physical activities... I always use my legs so I canhardly have them relaxed..

There are three SERMs:
tamoxifen (also called tamoxifen citrate; brand name: Nolvadex)
Evista (chemical name: raloxifene)
Fareston (chemical name: toremifene)

Each is a pill, usually taken once a day. Tamoxifen is the oldest, most well-known, and most-prescribed SERM.
