If you could go back to day one of bodybuilding/training and start over with the knowledge/experience you have today, what would you do differently and why?

DIET. I woulda dialed my diet in from day one! An Army Ranger buddy of mine told me that if I was gonna train I needed to get my diet straight. I figured I was young and could eat however I wanted and still make gains - how wrong I was. I spent 3 years training and didn't really have a good diet plan - what a waste. I spent my early twenties which was probably the peak of my natural test production eating Carls junior, Jack in the Box, drinkin and smokin'. Thank goodness for the gods of aas cuz' they're helpin' make up for that waisted time!LOL

Nothing. Trained lightly and consistently from 25 -44. At 44 I got in the best shape of my life 5-9, 155 lbs, 9% body fat and good balanced muscle. I then started the supplements. 3 years later I weigh 190 lbs 10 percent body fat. In three years I gained 35 lbs of quality muscle. My advice. If you start running gear watch your diet and go slow. If you gain a lot of weight quick its water and fat not muscle. Go for quality gains at a slow steady pace. Just my experience. And I always run hcg...def run pct.
