my gym is 548.00 a year...9 million dollar facility. two pools, indoor track, indoor basketball, indoor racquetball, seperate wet and dry saunas and their dumbells go up to 145 lbs. Have all the racks and weight machines. They do have 9000 members though and can get crowded at peak times.. Its owned by a hospital and they use it for their rehab patients. They have a cleaning crew that works full time. They are constantly wiping down machines and mopping floors and keeping bathrooms clean. Its a machine. 9000 members x an average of $ 50 a month is a gross of 450k a month in revenue. They have trainers that make a 100k a year....

i myself go to the ymca,great plan 12$4-3months then a yr.free just alittel crowded at times but free wts.&machines.has anybody herd of a companie call get freaky big .com need some feed back thanks.
