i have a decent digital scale that is pretty much right on. i like to weigh mself first thing in the AM before food. i usually only follow it very close when i'm dieting or at my heaviest. the key is using a scale that is consistant.

Gym scale can be sometimes off by the over use and abuse. I think a good home one is best. Key is to pick one and stick with weighing yourself on that one only. Even if the initial weight is off the gain/loss will still be accounted for accurately.

Thats a very good point 'LIQUID' cause between my digi scale and the gym's scale there is a 3 to 5 pound difference. I'm on a bulking cycle so i will just use my digi only and i should notice gains better.
