      Don't fucking eat anything but egg whites and bust your ass I can drop 10 lbs in 2 weeks if I want to bad enough

          Eat this everyday for two weeks and report back
          •Meal 1: 6 whole eggs and 1 Cup Oatmeal
          •Meal 2: 7 Ounces Tilapia, 6 Ounces Sweet Potato and Vegetables
          •Meal 3: 7 Ounces Chicken, 1 Cup Rice and Vegetables
          •Meal 4: 7 Ounces Beef and Vegetables
          •Meal 5: 7 Ounces Tilapia and tomato salad
          •Meal 6: 7 Ounces Chicken and Vegetables
          you can change meat, fish and chicken as you like

            I thought he needed to crash diet for 2 weeks? This was my understanding I'll do this and eat regular all the time but if there is a party or an event I want to b shredded for ill crab diet for 2 weeks and b shredded on the day of.

                Looks good for building but I would never lose fat on this. I'm also 51, but for me old school, high protein and fat, no carbs except Sunday.
