Hey, I'm 18 and want to start working out. I'm lightweight (bmi is 17.3), so I need to gain weight and will be starting a diet with lots of calories (rice and chicken mostly with shakes for protein). Still figuring the amount of calories I need though.
What I need is a workout regimin. I have no idea where to start. I have a few dumbells and a flex machine, and id rather use those since I'm going to college in a few months and being obligated to pay a twelve month membership for a gym when I get free access to one in college just doesn't make sense.
So any recommendations?
-what exercises to do?
- on what days, how many days per week?
-when to drink my homemade protein (I'm not going whey and stuff, it makes my stomach want to implode)
-any other info that I may need to know that I'm probably totally oblivious to
I like to tell myself that I used to play soccer so I'm not totally hopeless haha.
