  • High protein butterscotch pudding

    HIGH PROTEIN BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING


    Total Time: 35 Minutes
    Servings: 4


    Ingredients:

    2 Cups of 2% Milk
    1 1/2 Cups of Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
    1 Pack Sugar-Free,Fat-Free Jello Butterscotch Instant Mix
    1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder


    Directions:

    Blend 1.5 cups cottage cheese with 1 cup milk until thick and creamy.

    Blend in remaining milk.

    Blend in pudding mix and protein powder.

    Cover and chill until set.

    Top with fat-free whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.(Optional)

    Looks seriously good, F.I.S.T.! Always been a dessert guy (unfortunately). Also, thanks for the 4500 and 5000 calorie meal plans.

      Thanks John.Hope you get to try it out.This is a great tasting dessert that you don't have to feel guilty about having while on a bbing diet.

      No problem about the menu plan threads.I hope they help you refine your diet with some ideas on meal selection.Feel free to substitute or add/subtract anything you feel needed to better suit your personal needs/likes.Those are just general guides to give everyone some ideas but not written in stone as how it has to be everyday,every meal.

          Made this yesterday (well, fiancé made it and I ate it). Delicious! Tweaked it slightly by mixing in 1 tbs. vanilla extract and some cinnamon.
