10 oz. Tuna "Albacore" 1 cup Egg whites. 4 tbsp. Oats. 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1 Garlic clove.
I like to dice it up fine on both the onion and garlic. 3 table spoons of low-fat shredded cheese. And then I like to season with a Greek seasoning. Mix by hand and make 2 patties out of it. Heat pan on medium heat and get some Pam Fat free olive oil spray and lightly coat the pan.
Brown both sides and serve with rice and vegetables. I only eat one and freeze the other for a lunch
or mid day meal.
