    I don't have to tell anyone on here how costly supplements can be. From protein to vitamins, creatine, etc. The one thing I never buy are any of those weight gainers, not cheap either. So bottom line I was wondering if anyone has got any good recipes for making your own type of Mass builder shakes?

    I blend eggs penut butter honey bananas oatmeal and protein. To make a high cal shake but I've found those weight gainers for cheaper on ebay. just double check servings per container I found one that has 2600 cals per serv but only came with 4 servings per container? Optimum Nutrition's weight gainer is probably the best bang for your buck you can find it on ebay for around 40-60 bucks a 12lb bag and its good stuff.

        If anyone can find it lower than 40 for a 12lb bag let me know or PM me. But if you can afford it try Russian Bear 5000 its the 4 serving one I was speaking of

          I love Optimum Nutrition products their weight gainer is Serious Mass 20g of sugar. Serving size 2 scoops 16 servings per 12lb bag. $45.00 or around there. I really like Real Mass by Gaspari Nutrition.

                  weight gainers are just a protein powder with a lot of sugar...just add a few shots of olive oil, oats, eggs, fruit and yogurt to your protein shakes
