so im guessing im half between a mesomorph and an endomorph.. this is making the dieting part of life a total toss up.... learning how to eat has been the bigest challenge for me. If money grew on trees id have a personal chef just to cook all the right stuff hahaha

everyone is a mix of something... the body types are general guidelines but that's it... if you're in between meso and endo money shouldn't be of an issue for you, nor finding the right diet..

Ain't no use in lookin' back

Go to bodybuilding.com, then nutrition. You'll find many samples of different diets for different body types... once you found the one that attracts you the most give it a try, perhaps by adding and removing food you like/dislike.. then depending on how you look in the mirror a week or two from then, tweak it to your needs... that's the best advice anyone can give you on this subject.

I agree with some but dont use the mirror to judge your results. Grab a scale , grab a measuring tape and keep track of your biceps, chest and so on
If your trying to please the man in the mirror its not gona happen. Take alittle bit of what we all say and do your thing
And dont forget to kick ass in the gym
