  • new diet plan for my next cut cycle

    Breakfest

    3 Egg's - 18 grams of protein
    2 Medium cheeses (Cheddar or american) – 15 grams of protein
    2 Ham – 19 grams of protein
    1 pan de agua - 8.5 grams of protein

    Snack

    Almonds, 1/2 cup – 16 grams of protein

    Lunch
    Tuna, 6 oz can - 40 grams of protein
    1 pan de agua - 8.5 grams of protein

    Snack

    Peanuts, 1/2 cup – 18 grams of protein

    Dinner

    Chicken breast, 3.5 oz - 30 grams of protein
    white rice - 5 grams of protein per cup
    1 can of mix veg - 5 grams of protein per cup


    Snack

    Almonds, 1/2 cup – 16 grams of protein


    200 grams of protein per DAY

    TOTAL OF

    1400 grams of protein / 2000 CALORIES

      You need to count everything for your cut cycle, plus whats your weight now and your b-fat. Tell us a little more so we can help more.

        been offline for a few days had family issues needed to take care of but anywas im 210lbs bf last time i checked was 13%might have last 2% during this cycle im on so i need to check again an also im 5'11'' almost 6' man ifeel short nexts to 6'5'' guys who go to my gym lol

          I'm guessing 140g of protein not 1400... 140g is way too low for u, u need carbs as well even if you're cutting, and your calories depending on your intensity...you're gonna lose more lean mass than anything else.. how about the healthy fats?

            ok its 200grams of protein per day which i times it by 7 days it gives me 1400grams per week but yeah my normal protein intake would be 140grams but cuz like i said i tend to workout 2 hours sometimes just to waste my energy so i can sleep like a baby at night

              ok first off don't count anything by the week it's completely useless it's a day by day job. Man I don't get it... it seems like you've been on similar diets for a while... why are you on gear? I'm not trying to be an ass but you could have easily grown by adding in calories, proteins and carbs

                yeah but the thing is in my family we r all fat it took me 2 an half years without juice just normal hard work to lose 100lbs i was 330lbs back then back in high school it was no fun at allbut yes u r right i can grow but also i can grow fat at the same time i have to be careful with what i eat its like the old sayin what u eat is what u r but i do try to mix it up but if u got a diet plan that can help me stay lean an not be get more BF% i be happy to take notes

                  I was fatter than u...still made it without gear... and yeah ur right but you're still way too low in protein. Calories imo you could go up to 2800 a day yet 3000 and not get fat by working out 2hrs a day as you say you do

                    i workout 2 hours on mon wend an fri only cuz those r the days i only work 8 hour shifts but ill up my intake for my off to see how it goes

                      you should up it on your working out days, keep it as it is on your non training days as you don't require as much fuel
