I'm needing help I'm tired of looking on the Internet for these in the food I eat.also too I have been messing up and not keeping great track of the cals,carbs,and protien on stuff I'm eating.I need to keep bettter track for sure.Oh ya also why the hell am I growing in size but my stomach feels like it's getting no where,is this how it is on a bulking cycle.Maybe it's the water making me feel like that!!What would u guys suggest for diet.I'm 6"1 225 probably 15 % bf.I'm happy with the size I'm gainig in muscles,just wondering if this is normal.Suggest what u would do as far as my stats for bulking for diet.Thanks

yea i use that one alot too on my meats since i buy them fresh and not already packaged. plus like ds said, its the same old thing day in and day out so it never really changes.Originally posted by EthanWS6 View Post

I dont use an app. I use the old pen and paper everyday

Carbs-
Protein-
Sodium- For the last year and a half i know exactly what i ate and how much
This has helped me to know how many calories a day i need to take in to either maintain or grow
Give it a try it has helped me so much.
