lay out your diet for us, as it stands today. include the portions, the number of carbs, protein and fats, the times of day you eat it and what time you train. we can help you better from there. trust me bro, working hard in the gym is part of the recipe, but you're going to have to learn to work your ass off in the kitchen. you can take all the gear in the world but if your current diet isnt getting you past 143, you're not going to make many gains with or without gear.
also include your age, height, yrs training and what your split looks like. and dont worry about getting flamed. thats not how we roll here. we all needed to learn how to do this at some point. ok lets get to it!!!if you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE

the key to success is to have a solid handle on what you're putting in your body. it can feel overwhelming at first but in a shorter time than you think, this will be second nature. start keeping a food journal. record everything you eat including the portions and what time you eat them. solid foods are the key here. you can do a couple shakes through the day, but solid food is what will really pack on the mass. being a bodybuilder is a lifestyle and there is a very strong relationship between the results you get and the amount of work you put in. as you embark on this, here are a couple rules to follow. i want you to get 300 grams of protein every day. split that up over your daily meals eating every 2-3 hrs. you can have a 50g whey shake right after training with 35g waxy maize and a 25g whey iso shake with 2 tbs natty peanut butter right before bed. that leaves you with 200 g of protein that you need to get through the day from solid foods. add a carb to each meal. start recording your food intake, including portions and numbers of protein and carbs, so you can see your progress. after you get the hang of this...which can take time...come back to this thread and post an example of your daily intake. from there, we can tweak plan to help you make the gains you want.
so get back to me with your stats and let me know if you have any questions.
