Hi EveryOne! I was going through few articles about the necessity of amino acids, creatine and fish oil for supplements.. can anyone tell me some gud source of creatine for daily diet, except red meat! ?
Salmon & tuna, tho you'd need to get a pound to get close to 5g of creatine... that's a lot of fish... and I wouldn't recommend you to eat a pound of fish & meat daily ... you're better off with supplements...

i dont think its financially feasible to eat 5lbs of fish a day or i would. creatine is very cheap now, just buy the supplement. i use olympian labs c-akg...its like $9 for a months worth.
Buy the creatine to get your 5 g's a day, eat your fish oil - ie. sardines, tuna, and salmon. As far as amino acids I suggest L-lysine, L-arginine, and L-ornithine. L-arginine being the most important.
