Hi EveryOne! I was going through few articles about the necessity of amino acids, creatine and fish oil for supplements.. can anyone tell me some gud source of creatine for daily diet, except red meat! ?

Salmon & tuna, tho you'd need to get a pound to get close to 5g of creatine... that's a lot of fish... and I wouldn't recommend you to eat a pound of fish & meat daily ... you're better off with supplements...Ain't no use in lookin' down
