read around lots of good info on here, just eat "clean" food like chicken, fish, brown rice, yam's (sweet potato), egg's, dark green veg like spinach broccoli ect ect...... , try to stay away from junk food, crisps, chocolate, white bread ect ect.....

This and look up bodybuilding.com diet plans. I rly like the Cyclic Ketogenic diet but you have to commit to it.
Use fresh juice in the morning.
Use bread or rice in the noon.
use Milk or any light food in the evening that will be the best dieting plan to reduce the weight slowly.
