    I'm going to be starting a cycle in the next couple of weeks and I had a question about diet. I have been on a cyclical ketogenic diet for a while now; Lots of protein, moderate fat, and only 30 grams of carbohydrates a day with one day a week where I load up on complex carbohydrates.

    When on cycle, is a cyclical ketogenic diet a viable diet or am I going to need a high intake of carbohydrates? Should I be on some kind of other diet when I am on a cycle?
    Victory needs no explanation, defeat allows none.

    it depends on your goals. keto is fine if you're planning to cut. if you want to add mass, then you're going to need some more carbs in there. come out of your diet, by slowly adding carbs. dont just throw them back in all at once.
