I'm going to be starting a cycle in the next couple of weeks and I had a question about diet. I have been on a cyclical ketogenic diet for a while now; Lots of protein, moderate fat, and only 30 grams of carbohydrates a day with one day a week where I load up on complex carbohydrates.
When on cycle, is a cyclical ketogenic diet a viable diet or am I going to need a high intake of carbohydrates? Should I be on some kind of other diet when I am on a cycle?
