so i changed my workouts style also i started to workout my legs with a different way that coach told me on high reps+heavy lift with small break to fill my legs with blood!!the diet and the cycle remains the same..probably i have some problems with the proprionate esters i get too much pain and hematoma into some spots that i shoot..that was and a reason to loose 2 cardio sessions this week but i will handle i know it will be hard but i will keep doint that
