hello guyz back for the 3rd week after 4 days rest couse of religion days (easter in greece) i didnt kill my diet too much i was carefull becouse we didnt eat meat for some day too but from today i am 100% back on workout and diet again to try harder and harder!!!!chest workout today was great nice pumps i was well rested and i recovered too and everything was grea but tomorow is legs day!!sounds strange but i love that day i try hard to fix my legs..i cant walk after workout!!! soon i think i will be on cycle too to get a better result on my shape it will be the 3rd cycle for me i am awaiting for that!!!
Hey tsek0s, I am on my diet as well and I will be going on my 2nd cycle... today was my leg work-out and I hit the butt area harder then ever, want it rock hard before summer. Good luck!
wow nice to hear that one more is on!!!do your best so you will get the best result!!! i prepare hard too and i will make a good cycle but i think DIET is everything and cycle is only to support to get the results...good luck to you too!!!
