hello guyz back for the 3rd week after 4 days rest couse of religion days (easter in greece) i didnt kill my diet too much i was carefull becouse we didnt eat meat for some day too but from today i am 100% back on workout and diet again to try harder and harder!!!!chest workout today was great nice pumps i was well rested and i recovered too and everything was grea but tomorow is legs day!!sounds strange but i love that day i try hard to fix my legs..i cant walk after workout!!! soon i think i will be on cycle too to get a better result on my shape it will be the 3rd cycle for me i am awaiting for that!!!
