Hey guys! I'm glad to be a part of the Summer shred contest. It's my first bodybuilding contest I've ever been in. I have been prepping for the last 3.5 months for my first time on stage at the local Oregon NPC Physique show. Just so happened that mid weight loss I saw the NAPS Summer shred contest, so I decided to join. Anyways I just want to wish everyone the best and appreciate any feedback it you have it.
