Hello everyone, super pumper to start my next week. I had to make a road trip for 3 days and thats the reason why i wasn't able to post anything on my blog but i did talk to sam about it. Only thing that sucked was i wasn't able to go to gym but thanks to 30L of cooler i was able to maintain my diet.
Was scared that i might loose weight but i didn't , now i am on to my post workout meal. My body is use to my meal timings and amounts as now i just get hungry automatically, before i would keep a reminder in my phone for next meal time
weight 182.5lbs.
