Well I waited a few minutes for you and watched as you unloaded a couple and slammed out your reps only to end up not really doing what I would consider a decent set but thats ok. Your the reason I train as hard as I do. Your tank top is to small and your girlfriends been around the block more times than the post man but thats cool to each his own. Just do me a favor and when your benching stop screaming like a girl, we know its heavy but unless your tearing a pec its not really cool dude. See where I'm going with this......Have a little courtesy in the gym theres some people in there really trying to have a decent workout and your not helping the cause. Thats why I train, thats what drives me more than anything so I should thank you........Thank YouTags: None

They're always in shape though like 160lbs shredded I can't figure it out
