Now im only force feeding the last few bites not the whole meal. Ive pinned once 250mg of sust250 and im on my 4th day of db 20mg 2x aday. i feel good so far my gluts a bit sore, nothing terrible. im noticing that im recovering faster, and my skin feels tight. Sunday was my rest day so i havent been on a scale for 2 days. Ill post my weight next time. Thanks mr.big for all the help counting cals. I also started carrying and keeping a food and work out journal to help me count cals at the end of each days. till next time, keep it real.
