Hello Everyone!
I apologize for not posting last week. It has been a pretty horrendous couple of weeks. Switching of the to the ketogenics diet. I felt very flat and weak. My lifts did not feel as good as they usually do. Also, in the middle of the week, I sprained both of my thumbs bench pressing. (Really stupid, but I suggest that anyone who uses the suicide grip for bench pressing switch to the conventional.) My thumbs tried to carry the load and they lost. Both of my hands were swollen and I still do not have full movement in both of them. The pain is much better now. A week ago, If i held anything heavier than a 20lb dumbell there was excruciating pain. On a side note. I bought some wrist/thumb guards popped a few advils and still lifted through the pain. =). I don't have time for an injury right now. Anyhow, I went to the doctor and he said it was a sprain and said it would take 8-12 weeks to heal and to keep off of it. I didn't listen. LOL But the thumb is healing up really good. I think. Haha. For weeks 4-5, I lifted moderately heavy and higher reps not to further injure myself. I was still really pushing it as much as I could. Cardio on the stepper has been great. I cannot keep my HR down in the fat burning zone. But I think that is all part of it.
This week, we have upped the clen to 60 and removed fats after 9pm. Cardio has been increased 10 minutes on the stepper. So 30 minutes on the stepper and 25 minutes on the treadmill. Getting into ketosis, is a pain in the Ass. But It isn't so bad once you get there. Your mind gets really cloudy and you feel kinda weird. I also had some hunger pains from not getting carbs. To keep myself full, i would take extra fiber supplements during the day.
As far as my weight goes. I am hovering around 175lbs now. My lowest was 173. Most likely water weight. Also, as far as my weird weightloss. I found out it was my scale. I stepped on the scale at 9:30 and then stepped on it again at 10:30 without eating or drinking anything and there was a 6 lb difference. Something was obviously off. Anyhow, I purchased a new scale. However, the new scale weighs me slightly higher than the previous. But from here on out I will keep the measurements from the new scale.
Here are my pics from last week.
