Hey everyone,
This is the start of week 3. Not much of an update from me. Fourth of July was pretty hectic for me. Our family goes out of town for the fourth. Well, I had prepared and packed all of my meals for the weekend and left them on the kitchen table. It smelled pretty rancid, upon coming home. Being in another state and with family that KNOWS how to eat. Made it pretty difficult. I still kept my protein levels high and my carb intake low. I swapped out Two days worth of meals, with chicken drumsticks, chicken breast, salmon steaks, catfish steaks, and two smaller portions of steaks. I replaced the broccoli with just leafy vegetables and at like a half a cup of white rice each day. Also, while driving I missed one of my cardio sessions. I am actually pretty disappointed in the situation. Although, it was somewhat nice to eat real bbq food for the two days. I feel like I hindered from my gains.
My stats as of yesterday morning 187.6lbs. The bf scale says I lost .3% bodyfat. But I dont really trust bioelectrical impedence scales. My lifts seem to have been going up, I was able to preform the sets with a little bit easier. But most likely it is just mental or the fact that I ate poorly. Well I think this is a good learning experience for me. I think the guilt and not knowing that I couldve worked harder has pushed me harder. I am hoping its better to go through these trials early in PGS rather than later. Like Sam said, by the end of this I am going to be a MACHINE. I can't wait!!
This week, we are upping my cardio to 45 minutes/day postworkout. Given that I train 5 days a week. Cardio is 45 min five days a week. My diet has been in check since coming back and hoping to make some good gains and losses this week. We increased clen up to 40mcg this week also. Good luck to everyone in PGS and thanks for reading JM members.
