I am interested in HGH and am not sure what type to get. I have not used it before and am 42. I have had numerous injuries over my life due to sports and now I am feeling it. I have started lifting again and want to use it to build size, lose fat and help recover from pain due to the injuries. How much should I use? What type is best for me? How long should I use it? I don't want to pay top dollar but also don't want to pay the lowest if the lowest will not help. I am not looking to become the size of a body builder (I don't have that type of genetics) but I want to be a solid 200-210 lb 5'10" person. I currently weigh 198 and have about 10 -15 lbs of extra fat that I can lose around the middle. That would mean I would need to gain about 15-20 lbs of muscle. I also take Axiron testosterone (1 Pump under each armpit) every day. Will Steroids also help or will it be effected by the Axiron? From what I am reading, I should take 2iu / day for at least 6 months. Any direction is appreciated. Thanks.

Nevermind the request for information. I should have read the other posts first (my bad) since the information is already identified in those posts. This Forum is full of great information. Just took me a while to get caught up to speed.
As an FYI---since I am starting out, I will be doing 2 IU a day for 1-2 months then increase it slowly up to 3 IU a day for the remainder of the 6 month. Hopefully this will help with my shoulders so that I can start lifting heavy again. In the mean time I bought a muscle stimulator (not a TENS unit) to work my shoulder and other muscles that I cannot work properly since I have a bad shoulder.Last edited by RichieRich; 05-10-2013, 01:24 AM.
