out of the 3, i've used ghrp6. i cant comment on actual igf numbers but it made me very hungry. if for no other reason, i liked it for that. my understanding is that combining it with cjc yields better results than either does alone

im using ipam and cjc now...i take it before bed to help me sleep..i cant say how it does for muscle building as i am using it for the sleep benefits which have been positive.
