in the past, i ran IGF 4 wks on, 4 off, at 50mcg, sometimes even a little higher. after you awhile, i could feel it becoming less effective and thus took the 4 wks off. i decided during this contest prep to try running a low dose of IGF. i'm on only 20 mcg. i take it post workout. i've done this for 8 weeks at a time and have not felt it become less effective. i've just been cycing off of it for 2-3 wks, then on again. i believe that it is working much like insulin, in that it helps shuttle nutrients to the muscle. i feel full and vascular shortly after i take it IM.
really, i think this is a great and (at this dose) cheap addition to my contest prep. i will continue on this program as i go back into my bulking phase.
