help with HGH

I'm going to get some HGH but I'm new to it and don't know where to start. I was going to get hgh 191aa.
How long should I take it for a starter like me?(i have taken other steroids)
How many iu should I take a day?
where do i inject myself? I use a insulin needle correct? do I inject into muscle or just under skin?

I know everyone has there own ways but I would like to get a good idea where to start.
