how do you guys re con your IGF?

getting 1 mg or DES & 1mg of LR3. been reading tons of info on it.

Some guys do stright AA, 2ml to 1mg igf. others 1ml AA/1ml BAC water to 1mg IGF. .5ml AA/ 1.5ml BAC to 1mg IGF. etc etc etc


ive seen so many ways its not even funny. wondering what you guys do here. i know i will use at least .5ml AA to make sure it lasts longer....i will be using it EOD. also some BAC, just not sure how much yet.

i just use 2ml of AA per 1mg of igf. always has worked well for me. keep me posted on the DES and what you think of it compared to lr3

the DES should be here is a few days....i am waiting on pins tho...just ordered 100 more today so those normally take about 1.5 wks to get from the day i order....so i should be starting in 2wks.
