2) 3 times a week 50ug injected only in trained muscle as long as it feels being confirmed
the muscle receptors in the second method does not clog up so quickly and it can be extended for several weeks. if it's working, why to stop it ? ;-)
injections were always made 30 min before work out
I also checked subcutaneous and intramuscular injections and prefer intramuscular. Giving a subcutaneous injection never obtained such a pump during training, although the same amount of carbs served.
