On many forums you read about the strength (activity) of growth hormones. That strength was always messured on live animals mostly rats. Today we can determen it by RP-HPLC.

First not all blue tops or blue tops with flip-off tops are the same and not all of them are manufacturerd by the same manufacturer. Nor is it true that ALL greentops are 10 iu or 8 iu.
The analysed one is on the right.

The equation:
I have enclosed the result of your sample analysis.
I diluted your sample 1.6* and standard 3.2*. the result shows that the hgh of your sample is only 2.7 iu(174442/258360 *4=2.69iu), the related protein is over 13%.( 17.51%)(13% is the standard of EP).
The eletrophoresis shows some containments.

Once we have a section for the analyses we will make these kind of analyses into an article just like I did at Body of Science. We aren't sure yet if we can keep all data and use it again on the new site, thats why we post not to much data here.
