  • Manipulating natural levels of insulin pre/post workout?

    Hi guys

    Just started reading about insulin and igf etc.

    I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of how to manipulate normal body production of insulin to good effect whilst im running a test blend. Would like to see how much of a difference manipulating natural levels would help with growth before I do down the line of buying igf. Im new to igf so need to do lots of research before I use it but if I could manually boost my levels pre/post workout to aid in absorption of aminos and to help protect the muscle during training I would be very veyr grateful

    Has anyone done this to good effect themselves?

    IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE INSULIN, POST WORKOUT YOU CAN SPIKE YOUR OWN ENDOGENOUS INSULIN BY DRINKING 80 GRAMS OF DEXTROSE/40 GRAMS OF WHEY ISOLATE PROTEIN. IT IS NOT INSULIN BUT IT WILL DO THE JOB GETTING NITROGEN POSTIVE ENVIRONMENT IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME
