Insulin Pins with Blue cap HGH, please help

Sorry for the dumb question, I was hoping someone can help.

First thank you to everyone for helping, this forum is awesome.

I am about to take some HGH-191aa Blue Tops (1 kit/100IU), I mixed 1CC of Bac Water to one Blue Top vial, if my math is correct that will equal 10IU of HGH per vial.
I am using 0.5CC Insulin pins 50 units. Pic attached
My question i want to take 4iu per day, should i pull to the 40 mark line or to the 4 line mark ?
