How long to take insulin

I've been going back and forth between Levemir, Humalog, and Novolin R for about 5 months now. I don't do it every day just once a day maybe 4 times a week. I have heard that it's not good to cycle for more than 4 weeks is this true.

I use it in my bulking cycle only. I do 5 days on 2 days off humilin R in the am and humalog post workout after i get were im trying to get size wise i drop it . dont forget ur carbs. As for how long to use it i keep an eye on my body i dont think i ever need to go past 30 days at a time. I dont see any insulin resistance from this time frame

Thanks a lot I've been doing Novolin long acting after workouts. I used to take Humalog with good results but the only way I could get it was to steal from work and my conscience won't let me do that anymore. Can't get my hands on it anywhere else
