Need help with Clen: Cycle and diet

Hey fellas, i plan on starting my first 2 week cycle of clen on Feb 1st... I got the liquid form from Innovative Research, its 100 Mcg/60 ML vial. I also picked up a bottle of 500mg Taurine for headaches, I've also heard you need to up your potassium intake as well due to cramping. 2 weeks on 2 off i heard is the best cycle for the 1st time. I need to find a oral syringe still.. could use an idea from someone. Any suggestions on diet would be appreciated also.

oral syringes can be found at any drug store or even places like wal-mart..they are usually located with the pediatric medicine

Starting clen myself to try and help keep cals higher. Startin slow. My hbpm is running higher. Also started t3 with my cutting cycle of test.
