I am a great cycle for the spring and I have really been hitting the treadmill to get ripped up so as I can get really cut! Does anyone have any more ideas so as I can get more ripped and cut? I was a mere 190lbs when I started 2 half years ago and I got up to 260lbs of pure mass then I started trying to get ripped and have gotten down to 240lbs so I feel great , and the products I am using are great and the distributor I get it from is great , he always gives me free stuff and it's the best and the cheapest you can get . So I was wanting some advice on some getting ripped even more, if you guys can let me know
