First time trying Sustanon and Primo. help with dosages?

18 x Induject-250 amp. (Sustanon)
18 x Alphabolin amp. (Primobolan)
is what i got in today and wanted to know what i should start off with.

in about 6'3'' 6'4'' 232lbs and about 11%-12% BF thanks in advance for any help

you can do 250mg sust once a week and 100mg primo twice week, then you will have sust left over or 500mg sust EW twice or once a week like i do. you should have an AI on hands by the way..

ps get you self some more primo and go 300mg EW for at least 8wks

If u had double what u have then u could run a decent cycle for 18 weeks 2 amps week of sust and mayb 3 amps a week primo would b nice

First time j honestly recommend a longer cycle I always hated short ones
