Well A long and over waited due has arrived.

Dbol is on stand by for the morning.
This is going to be a 12 week cycle. I am currently 222.5 pounds

My goal is to focus on shoulders and chest and maintain
my upper legs and calves.
Food will be clean and counted for the most part. There will be
larger amount of Beef this go around. Last time I dropped my
HDL into the ground by going to lean.. Thats a NO NO and we
wont do that again. I'm going to sleep now but in the next day
I will post pics and we can all watch how we progress.
