What's going on ladies and gents? My pet giraffe started a cycle a week ago. It's going to be 400mg of Tren E and 500mg +/- a week with the Sust. The tren is 1 ml 2x a week and the Sust is .7ml EOD. It's only 6 days in so you haven't missed anything yet. Going to be a 10 week run with clomid for pct.
His Stats
Height: 6' (I know, a little short for a giraffe)
Weight: 233 lbs
Bf: 17%
Cycle experience: 4x Test cycles and several prohormone/DS cycles.
Diet:
Intermittent Fasting style with 40/40/20 macros. He's been eating way under baseline to lose some weight fast. Lately he's been getting anywhere between 1500 and 2200 calories with 200grams of protein. Going to experiment with calorie requirements as he notices the effects from the Tren. This diet method has worked for him in the past.
Workout:
He is only able to hit the gym hard Friday through Sunday. On those days he works chest, back, and legs. On the other days of the week he does a home based workout that works shoulders, bi's and tri's very well.
Goal:
May or may not be realistic, but he wants to get to approximately 10% body fat. This is a bit of a stretch from his 17%. He realizes this, however, he reacts very well to the gear and has been in much better shape as recently as a few months ago. He's banking on muscle memory and extreme hard work to reach his goals.
