Today ended my fourth week of my first cycle, 50mg dbol ed and 500 mg cyp every week. Started out at 206 lbs. 14%bf (I'm 6'0). My big three (4 sets pyramiding up in weights, 5 to 6 reps) were: bench; 235 / squats; 245 / dead lift; 315.
I've been sticking to about 5k calories a day, over 400g of protein. This morn I weighed in at 220 lbs and my big three were : bench 275; squats 315, dead lift 405.
Honestly didn't expect these results! Week five now and I expect the test is really going to kick. I'll finish off this week with dbol then cut that out.
