Id bump up the protein the 1.5-2 grams per lb. And make sure the protein intake is there more than try to get 1 gram per lb I'd go to 600mg a week on the EQ.
You don't want to use Tbol in your PCT. You would be defeating the purpose of PCT and keep you shut down and not recover. Either PCT to get back to normal or bridge with TBol. I say PCT and then plan the next cycle.

A-bomb will definitely boost strength. Pct sounds fine have adex ready especially if you run anadrol in order to control estrogen. T-Bol is comparable to d-Bol without the water retention. I personally like both, just depends on what type of gains I am wanting.
P.S.- you are more than welcome to send me your extra Eq. I know what to do with it!!

i have been closley watching for the water gain.... i kinda used the A as a mental boost in strenght more than any thing..... and my plan is 12-16weeks i have enough EQ for 16weeks as per 10ml bottles and my dosage... but i figure i will most likey run a little shorter than that with drawing and shooting i prolly go a tad bit more than 2mls each shoot.... lol my PCT im thinking clomed and HCG??? and T-BOL???
Does any of that makes sense? i take criticism very well

50mg Anadrol
600mg Test Enetahate (every 5days)
500mg EQ (every 5days)
not looking to pack on alot of size..... looking to lose belly fat and gain som quality muscle
im 5'-4" 150lbs - meduim build
i work out 4 days a week with 3 day of 30-40 mins of cardio
im also thinking anout running Clen 2weeks on 2 weeks off
i have also been trying to eat hi protien low fat and low fat carb diet (1gr of protien to every lb of body weight - i try to get that)
please any help would be great
