I have been training since 2002 and finally i have decided to compete in April 2012 competition in my country. my height is 183cm and weight is 95kg. I want to compete in classic bodybuilding category. in classic, my weight will have to be 87kg.
My bodyfat is %10 now, this will be my second cycle, the first one was 8 week tren 400 and test prop 400.
my goal is to be champion in competition.i am in good condition now..so i want to run 12 week cycle or may be 16 (i am not sure which one would good)
I need to some help about cycling and juice combination to preparation for contest,
