Im going to make this simple and to the point.

225lbs
15-13% bf (roughly)
Been lifting for 7 years, have 4 cycles under my belt so far.
Cycle Layout;
Tren Ace 100mg/ml (50mg ED)
Test E 250mg/ml (250mg Monday and Thurs)
ON cycle;
Aromasin 12.5mg ED
Fishoils ED
BCAA's
400g of Protein a day
mostly veggies for carbs... eziekiel bread.
fats derived from olive oil, almonds, and peanut butter/fish oils.
Creatine HCL
GNC multi
MSM for joints
B12
Melatonin for insomnia if prone
LOW A/C for night sweats... Lol
Getting 350mg of tren per week
and 500mg of test per week
To me this is a very low test e dosage, im used to running upwards to 750mg-1100mg a week of test E, but ive done some research and its saying to run a moderately low dose whilst on tren..
PCT-
Nolva 40/40/20/20/10
clomid 300mg on day one, then 100mg for 10 days, then 50mg for the final 10.
HCGenerate 5 caps a day for 5 weeks.
Personally I know a lot of you may not know of HCGenerate, but it's whats worked for me after every cycle. Never had a loss of libido or sex drive so I highly recommend it if your libido goes down the drain.
