Ok so I weigh 175 been training for a while now I want to gain muscle mass and strength. I think I'm kind of weak for size . I want my chest to develop already it's lagging I train it twice a week now . Anyway what should I start with ? I'm 20 years old if that matters. I started at 130 when I first started . I just want to take my training up a notch . I'm not planning on being a steroid head I just to take my training up a notch . A guy from another website recommend I take Testosterone + Deca + Dianabol.
