Do you have the SDS-Page for the black top? Certain black tops from the market have 8IU inside but when injected the spot reaction is pretty hurtful and red and in the SDS-PAGE there are glows near 40 kDa. Maybe this one you tested is different but i find to much of coincidence so i would be curious if this blacktop give any bad reaction at injection spot or if you have done a SDS on it.
