Our American friend Ed is perfecting his analytical skills. He says on these samples and SDS-PAGE:

I made 10 fold dilution of all samples because the bands looked overloaded and too thick previously (7.5mcg etc)

and also included old hygetropin reference sample and 5% of that sample to call out purity based upon intensity but it’s way too faint! hahha


diluted further to make the bands thinner and not too fat and over loaded
im not going to repeat the assay,
but next time i will do 5fold dilution not 10 fold. I think I diluted too much

looks like canada and New Hyge look very similar; size/intensity
Angtropin and Hyge (old reference) look similar
Kefei and blue top look similar; smaller in size and intensity than canada, ang, and hyge however not by much.

very clean single band on sample lanes are shown.

Unfortunately SDS-PAGE can only be used as a indicator if a ±22kDa protein is there, tons of proteins/peptides are near that area (salmon derivations being one of). Related protein and peptide mapping would be something I'd look into it if I was to determine the quality of a GH formulation.

real hyget r brown(10iu) and greens (8 IU), we checked, 10iu have really 12.5 iu inside, and 8 iu - 9.5 iu

Nope oc not, it is used as part of the analyses to look for deviant MM-es. Just look at all the analyses I posted in the blog.
But.. we also do the HPLC, but not on a;ll samples. Most raws are being produced in a few places. They are sold under differnt brandnames.
I attach a very recent lab analysis of CP.

Nope the yellow/green tops are from Dr.Lin, others from Zhongshan or Kefei etc etc. The Hygetropin.com.cn is from good quality, but certainly not the only one.
The ones from Dr Lin are analysed by us many times, just as the Zhongshan version.
